Our Chula Vista Therapy Studio
Our welcoming therapy studio provides a dedicated space for play-based, child-led speech and language therapy, with opportunities for children to learn, communicate, and build confidence through meaningful play and interaction.
Home & Natural Environments
For families who benefit from therapy within their everyday routines, we also provide services in the home and other natural environments. Working within familiar routines allows us to support communication where it naturally happens—during play, meals, books, family activities, and everyday interactions.

Meet Dinah, Founder & Speech-Language Pathologist
Bilingualism, education, and connection have always been at the heart of my work.
I’m Dinah Marrujo, M.A., M.S., CCC-SLP, a bilingual English-Spanish speech-language pathologist and educator serving children and families in South County San Diego.
As a San Diego native who grew up between Mexico and the United States, I understand personally and professionally how meaningful language and cultural connection are to children and families.
My professional background includes more than 12 years in bilingual elementary education and experience as a pediatric speech-language pathologist supporting children from preschool through eighth grade. I bring these experiences together to provide therapy that considers the whole child—their communication, learning, relationships, culture, interests, and strengths.
My goal is simple: to help children feel heard, understood, connected, and confident in the ways they communicate.

Ways to Access Services
Insurance
We work with families using health insurance benefits for eligible speech and language services. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so we can help you understand the next steps for accessing services.
San Diego Regional Center
We provide early intervention services for eligible children through the San Diego Regional Center. Services are designed to support communication and development within meaningful routines and natural environments.
To request Bilingua Speech Therapy as your provider, please provide your Service Coordinator with our Service Provider Number: PY3349.
Private Pay
Private-pay services are available for families who prefer to access therapy directly. This option may provide additional flexibility depending on your family's needs and goals.
